Where do you ship to?

We currently offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the USA.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to ship. Once shipped, your order will take between 7 to 15 business days to arrive at your doorstep. You will receive information on how to track your order by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are routed to our warehouse immediately after you place your order to ensure you receive your package as soon as possible. You may amend your order as much as you like before you submit your order, but once placed, you will no longer be able to make any further changes.

Where is my order? How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information along with instructions once your order has been shipped. This can take between 1 to 3 business days after we receive your order. The tracking information will be updated regularly by the shipping courier and allow you to track the progress of your shipment.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges are offered up to 30 days from the purchase date. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return by going to our 'Contact' page on our website.

What if I received a defective item?

Although we do our best to ensure our products are of the utmost quality, issues may arise from time to time, and we are terribly sorry if this has happened. We are more than happy to sort out any issues you may have with your purchase. As soon as you discover a fault or defect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your package) via the ‘Contact’ page on our website and our customer support team will make things right.
